When we decided to do some renovations on our home we contacted Love Construction. The first time we met with James to discuss our plans he listened to what we wanted and presented us with an estimate within a couple of days. We then set a date to start and everything fell into place from that point on. We hit a few bumps in the road but it didn't seem to phase them, they just worked through it. We purchased an old farm house in Eastern New Mexico in early 2007. It had sat for many years and showed its age by its windows, doors, and adobe finish. Immediately, we knew the windows and doors would have to be replaced to avoid countless dollars escaping the the poorly insulated units. We called James Love, of Love Construction in for the job. In only two days, James had an estimate and contract ready that reflected a thorough job. He chose windows he knew we would be proud of and ordered them promptly. It took him a week to install and finish out the windows. They look wonderful and have kept the winter cold, fall winds, and summer dust out wonderfully. Further into the remodeling project, where we are trying to do as much of it as we can, a support wall needed to be removed, beams inserted, and finished out to offer a pleasing transition. Again, we called Love Construction in, and agin they completed the job in record time and with record precision. We have been more than pleased with Love Construction's work ethic, integrity, and promptness to the job at hand. We recommend them for any remodeling needs.

When we decided to enclose our garage and turn it into living space, we agreed that replacing the garage door with windows and a residential door was too big of a job to do on our own.
